our proven 10 step process
1. Showroom Consultation
One of our friendly members will schedule a showroom consultation for more personalized service and to help you establish a preliminary budget.
2. At-Home Estimate
An at-home estimate is scheduled at your convenience for a complete analysis of your space and scope of work
3. Proposal & Quote
A detailed proposal and fixture budget is presented to you within a wekk of your at-home estimate.
4. Selections
Our goal is to help realize your dreams. Our selection process in designed to help you do just that all within the agreed budget and scope of work.
5. Orders
All of your material orders are placed, and product deliveries are confirmed to insure more accurate control of your project timeline.
6. Scheduling
Following order placement, your project start date is confirmed and the production schedule is determined.
7. Initial Walkthrough
Prior to start date, an onsite walkthrough is completed. At this point the scope of work will be reviewed and any special needs concerning your project andhome will be addressed.
8. Construction
During construcgtion, our team continues to be available to you for service and assistance. Additionally, we will visit the jobsite as necessary to ensure that the project is in order and on schedule.
9. Walkthrough & Punchlist
A final walkthrough of the job will bring to attention any small items or details that need to be addressed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
10. Job Completion
Our relationship with you does not end with the job completion. To ensure your ongoing satisfaction with your project, we warranty all of our labor and products for one year after completion.
